Safety first last and always

Getting the details right at the outset is paramount

Before we meet it is essential we understand as much about your venue as possible.

Each of the Cinque Ports will have their own ideas and creativity is to be encouraged, all we would suggest is that by working together in inclement times we can help our respective Towns to prosper.

How we work

Preliminary discussion

We would really like to hear about your event, what you are celebrating and the proposed dates, once we have some detail we will contact you to discuss further, please phone or leave a detailed message using the contact us option above.

Site Visit and Risk assessment

We need to know that we can gain access and to be assured of relevant permissions from landowners has been obtained, we are mindful of the proximity of residential and commercial facilities as well as agricultural and farming considerations with regard to cattle and horses etc.

Deposit to secure the date

We will trypically require a 50% deposit at the time of the instruction with the balance to be paid no later than 7 working days before the show.

On the day

Once we arrive on site there will be no pedestrian vehicular or animal traffic allowed within 200 meters of the set up. Do you want to fire the show electronically? We can arrange this please let us know.

After the event

Where practical we are always keen to speak with the instructing party to ensure everyone is happy
